the undersigned funder and provider,under penalty of perjury,do hereby guarantee with full individual responsibility and authority toprovide to the paymasters indemity and fee protection amounting to %2(two-percent)commission calculated on the total face value of the bank instrument,for eachand every tranche of the transaction described above,including all rolls and extensions thereof payable to the beneficiaries named herein,without protest or deductions;and further that such payment shall be wire transferred less any bank charges and free of all local and national taxes and liens to the extent legally permissible.this payment order is irrevocable,unchangeable ,unconditional,divisible and transferable.
